Rebecca Rowe
A case study
It all started when…
The Ask: Local Ottawa clothing brand, Rowe’s Fashion, reached out because they were feeling stuck and wanted to move their business to the next level.
The Problem: Unclear positioning, a muddy target audience, and unfocused branding left potential customers confused.
The Solution: We conducted a deep dive to understand the foundational values, purposes, and objectives of the brand which culminated in a new go-to-market and communications strategy, the development of four niche target audience personas, and revised brand identity.
We worked with the client to develop and market a new line of Capsule Wardrobe sets for niche target consumers who value sustainable minimalist style over frantic fast fashion. This allowed the client to position herself more clearly in the mind of her audience, build her brand community, and create targeted social media content her clients valued.
Six months of one-on-one weekly brand coaching helped keep the client on track with her goals, work through concerns, gain clarity and confidence, and step out of her comfort zone to take advantage of tools like IG reels to build her audience.
